2009 Welland Olympic Torch Relay
The Welland Olympic Torch Relay was held on December 21, 2009. The weather was perfect for this type of event, -3C and light flurries with no wind. The festivities were very well attended with about 3000 people at City Hall and numerous others spread out along the route. Overall it was a fun day for spectators and volunteers alike.
